The Society's latest book on the ancient craftworking site of Culduthel (identified near Inverness in 2005) reveals a vivid picture of an IronAge community engaged in developed and sustained production of iron,bronze and glass objects. Dr Candy Hatherley BA (Hons) PhD MCIfA FSAScotwill take us on a tour of the site and discuss what Culduthel means forIron Age studies in Scotland and beyond._This will be a hybrid event hosted by the Society, which will takeplace both in the National Museum of Scotland Auditorium and online.
